Principal's Message :

One of the highlights of my tenure as the Principal of Birla High School,Kolkata, has been to revive our journey of bringing together students of different city schools to display their talent on a common platform at the ever popular Birla High School fest ... Odyssey. Life is a veritable journey,albeit a collective one, where people come together for a while, forge bonds of friendship - some lasting ones, and then move on in quest of their individual goals. What makes this journey enriching are the people we come into contact in our “Odyssey” and the opportunities it provides for meaningful interaction with others. The emphasis on comradeship, co-operation and conviviality instead of a competition
makes “Odyssey” a unique fest. I wish Odyssey 5.0 all success.

Co-ordinator's Message :

Odyssey, our annual fest, emphasizes on leadership, co-operation, organizing skills and meaningful interaction among highly-talented students. Dynamism, dedication and youthful exuberance are synonyms associated with the students of Birla High School and these enigmatic qualities are utilized in full gusto by them in making the preparations for the fest. It is indeed inspiring to see the students work tirelessly, explore new horizons and face fresh challenges, with zeal and enthusiasim in order to cement the name of the esteemed institution in the annals of the history of the fests. May god bless their hard work and give them success in all their endeavour. I wish the boys best of luck and hope that together we can make Odyssey 5.0 a great success and scale new heights of glory.
